Top-5 finish in CCSDS action at Old No. 1 Speedway

Friday night saw Jon Mitchell return with the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) at Old No. 1 Speedway (Harrisburg, Ark.) for the $3,000 prize. With a third-place finish in his heat race pinning him 10th on the starting grid for the opening night feature, Jon passed five cars in the 35-lapper to register a fifth-place finish. Saturday's Rockabilly 45 at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Ark.) was postponed to July 1st.
